3D Printing

We have two top of the range, professional grade printers that can print highly detailed, intricate parts with layer sizes up to 16 microns.



3D Scanning

Our full portable Artec Spider blue-light 3D scanner has an accuracy of 0.05mm and a resolution of 0.1mm and can precisely capture complex geometry in full colour.



Modelling

We have many years of experience in 3D modelling , we can model from images, 2D plans or drawings. This can include low poly or high poly sculpting, texturing, and UV unwrapping.



Product Design

We can handle every aspect of your design to make it a reality. Our process gives our customers quick samples that can be tested and refined before being finalised for manufacturing



Visualisations

We can create realistic renders or animations, great for demonstrating concepts, improving communications and preventing design flaws and for use in marketing.



Reverse Engineering

Our highly experienced team can create a model or edit an existing model to recreate or alter the design of a part. This is helpful when a manufacturer stops producing parts you still need.
